Unlocking Instructions
Before commencing always
enter your username and password (credit) and hit the info button to
update your software to the latest version
Before attempting to unlock your phone, make sure your phone is
fully charged
- Make Sure you are connected to the internet
- Open
Total Multi-Server client and enter your login and password that
we emailed to you.
- Press the info button, this will update the Multiserver Software
to the latest version.
- Open Total Multi-Server client again and enter your login and
password again.
- Power Off phone and remove sim card.
- Connect unlocking cable.
- Follow the steps below
The phone is now unlocked and phone code reset to 0000
Note: If your
phone is not detected after pressing power on, uncheck the "DTR" & "RTS"
boxes (Pictured Below) and repeat the process.
Panasonic Instructions
Connectivity
You will need a serial
port unlocking cable for this service only. You cant use USB cables or
bluetooth.
Unlocking X60 X66 X68
1. Connect phone to cable and connect to PC
2. Load up client software
and select your phone from the drop down menus.
3. Press the unlock button and power on phone as prompted.
4. Wait for confirmation message to appear on screen. Your phone is now
unlocked to all networks.
